VINCENT NICOLAS

Vincent holds a degree in biotechnology engineering from AgroParisTech and is behind the innovation. He came up with the idea of installing Spirulina farms on rooftops while working for a start-up on urban farming. He brings to the team his pragmatism, scientific knowledge, and innovation. He singlehandedly leads Spiris’ Research & Development.

BERNARD SACY

BERNARD SACY

Bernard holds a BA in mechanical engineering from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s degree in business management from ESCP. His educational background enables him to understand the technicalities of the product, as well as the business constraints of a start-up. After 8 years of experience as a consultant in industrial management, he launched his first start-up in the nautical industry, which consolidated his know-how in corporate management. He leads the business development and finance activities within Spiris.

BENJAMIN GLASSET

BENJAMIN GLASSET

Benjamin holds a Phd in Microbiology from INRA. Having done his thesis on strain contamination in the agribusiness, he is using his extensive experience in the field to optimise the biofilm formation, and cultivate the purest available product on the market.

CATHERINE HUGUET

CATHERINE HUGUET

Catherine holds a degree in chemistry and bioprocess engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Passionate about industrial integration, she is in charge of Spiris’s upstream partnerships, as well as our zero waste program.

Eric is completing his degree in electronics and engineering studies at CNAM. Passionate about industrial IT, he assists in building prototypes and testing new production equipment and processes.

Tasrine is doing an internship at Spiris in parallel with completing her 4th year of engineering studies at SupBiotech, she is now working in biofilm optimization.
